Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia

This program has been canceled.  If you or someone you love has been impacted by Alzheimer’s or dementia, we want to be sure that you have access to all of the information and support that you need.  Please see the flyer for many free and confidential resources available to everyone, including:

  • Support Groups for caregivers and for individuals living with memory loss

  • Education Programs:  live in person and virtual and pre-recorded
  • Virtual Care Consultations

Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association.  Alzheimer’s is not normal aging.  It’s a disease of the brain that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Join us to learn about:

  • The impact of Alzheimer’s.
  • The difference between Alzheimer’s and dementia.
  • Alzheimer’s disease stages and risk factors.
  • Current research and treatments available to address some symptoms.
  • Alzheimer’s Association resources.
