Tax Forms
Federal tax forms and instructions are available online here. The library has a limited number of U.S. 1040 booklets and forms available on a first-come-first-served basis.
State tax forms and instructions are available online here. Need CT State tax instructions and forms? You can order them from the Department of Revenue online here. Connecticut Department of Revenue Services will mail forms to you if you call this number:
